How Our Network Works

Who You Talk To
You talk to an independent concrete provider in our network. Aitells Concrete does not send its own crew. Our role is the introduction. After that, the provider is the one who answers your questions, looks at your site and writes your quote.
What Happens on the Call
Expect a short, practical conversation. The provider will ask what you want built, such as a driveway, a patio or a stamped finish. They will ask about size, access, the current surface and your timing. Have rough measurements and a few photos ready if you can. Call hours vary by provider, so request a callback to check provider availability.
The call is not a contract. It is a first step toward a written quote.
What to Ask an Independent Provider
Good questions save money. Try these.
- What is included in the price, and what is extra?
- How thick will the slab be, and what base goes under it?
- How will water drain away from the house?
- Where will control joints go, and why?
- Is old concrete removal part of the quote?
- What licensing and insurance apply to this job?
- How long until I can walk or park on it?
- How will you keep disruption low for my household?
Write the answers down. If a number changes later, you will have something to point to.
You Stay in Control
You choose whether to move forward. You can ask for more than one quote. You can say no. Compare written quotes line by line, not just the bottom number. A lower price may leave out base work, sealing or cleanup. A higher one may include them.
