How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
Everyone who reaches out to Aitells Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template and not legal advice.
Topics You Can Bring to Us
You are welcome to contact us about:
- Your experience when calling or messaging Aitells Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If Your Concern Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, first raise it with the provider directly and keep written notes.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers that keep falling short may be removed. Be aware that Aitells Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider or act for a provider.
Sending a Complaint
Email contact@aitells.beer and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A brief account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Unhappy?
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. A state contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed providers.
